Q: Can I add patches and/or pins to my Jacket?
A: No, the Jackets are to be worn as is.
Q: I made an error on my Jacket personalization, can I make changes once my order has been placed?
A: Once you virtually proof your order and submit approval and payment, your personalization cannot be changed.
Q: I ordered the wrong size Jacket, can I change my order?
A: Due to the custom personalization on the jackets, we cannot accept exchanges and/or returns. Please be sure to double check the sizing charts before submitting your order.
Q: Can I pay for my Jacket(s) with a Purchase Order?
A: No, we no longer accept Purchase Orders as a form of payment. Orders can be paid for by Credit Card or eCheck.
Q: I have completed my order; when should I expect my Jacket(s) to ship?
A: If you have ordered a Blank jacket, your order will ship within 48 Business hours. If you have ordered a Personalized jacket, it will take 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. Rush service is not available for this program.
Q: Is expedited shipping available for my order?
A: At this time all orders are being delivered through UPS Ground Shipping and Shipping Costs do apply. Expedited shipping is not offered for this program.
